Tech Integration at Knapp
I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan O’Briant’s second grade class at Knapp last week. We worked on a project to teach the following objectives:

| Social Studies | 8.01 – Identify uses of technology in communities. |
| Computer Technology Skills | 2.09 – Identify and use multimedia tools to combine text and graphics as a class/group assignment. Strand - Multimedia/Presentation |
The students visited the office, the media center, and the computer lab to see what technology is being used and what it is used for. They took pictures of the technology. The next day they worked in groups to produce PowerPoint presentations.
